János Mestellér is the chairman of Foedus Orientalis Cultural Association, one of the leading reeanctment groups in Hungary reconstructing the life of 10-11th century people of the Carpathian Basin. He is owner of Kazár Bazár, known for its reconstruction of medieval silk materials. Director and historical advisor of the documentary movie Regnum Fest. In the saddle, on horseback.
