Carlos Mendoza (March 18th, 1997) is a Paraguayan screenwriter, director, and audiovisual producer. He is best known for his work on the short films "El Prado," "No Tienes Escape," "Sapukai," "Ecos del Pasado," "Sin Salida" among others.
